As its main feature is the college, it seems fair to focus on that for a moment. Winterhold is another capital that needs a lot of love. Kato's Falkreath is probably the best available overhaul for it on SSE. Falkreath is a hold capital with a storied, morbid history. However, the author intends for it to cover, well, everywhere that isn't covered by Dawn of Skyrim, really. So far, the SSE version only covers Riverwood, Darkwater Crossing, and Dawnstar.
